The Orlando West Community Development Center (OWCDC) is committed to enhancing the quality of life in underserved communities in Orlando, Florida. Our Programs
At OWCDC, we offer programs for all ages and backgrounds. Our youth programs provide a safe and supportive environment for children and teenagers to learn and grow. Our adult programs focus on job training and employment opportunities, while our senior programs offer social activities and resources to help seniors maintain their independence. We also offer parenting programs to help families thrive.
Adult Programs
At OWCDC, we offer job training and employment opportunities for adults of all ages. Our programs include resume building, interview skills, and job placement assistance.
Senior Housing
Our senior programs offer social activities and resources to help seniors maintain their independence. We offer transportation services, health and wellness programs, and social events to keep seniors engaged and active.
Parenting Programs
Our parenting programs provide families with the tools and resources they need to thrive. We offer parenting classes, support groups, and educational resources to help parents raise happy and healthy children.

Mental Health Counseling

Affordable Housing
We offer affordable housing options for elderly residents in our community. Our housing options are safe, comfortable, and designed to meet the unique needs of seniors.
Education and Training
We offer a variety of educational programs and training opportunities to help individuals advance their careers. Our programs include computer skills training, language classes, and vocational training.
Health Services
Our health services include HIV awarness counseling, as well as health education and prevention programs.
Benefits Advocacy
Our benefits advocacy program provides individuals and families with the resources they need to access public benefits and services. We offer assistance with applications and appeals, as well as legal representation when necessary.

Our computer lab is equipped with the latest technology and software to help individuals develop their computer skills and access online resources.
Free Store
Our free store offers gently-used clothing and household items to individuals and families in need. All items are donated by members of our community.
Open Library
Our open library is a quiet and comfortable space for visitors to read, study, and relax. We offer a variety of books and resources for all ages and interests.
